Used Aprilia RSV4 Parts Guide: RR, RF, 1100 and Factory Fitment

The Aprilia RSV4 is a rider's bike, and replacement parts from the dealer aren't cheap. Used OEM parts are often the smartest way to fix or upgrade one. Here's how the RSV4 range breaks down and what we have in stock.

RSV4 versions at a glance

The RSV4 arrived in 2009. The 2015-2018 RSV4 RR and RF brought a major update, the RSV4 1100 Factory arrived for 2019, and the 2021 restyle brought new bodywork and electronics. The Tuono V4 shares a lot of its engine and chassis with the RSV4 of the same era. Because Aprilia made running changes between versions, match parts by part number rather than by name alone.

Parts riders need most after a crash or tip-over

  • Bodywork: side fairings, upper fairing, tail and belly pan
  • Controls: clip-on handlebars, levers, switches and rearsets
  • Cooling: radiators and oil coolers, which often take the hit in a low-side
  • Chassis: subframes, swingarms, wheels and, after a big crash, the main frame
  • Lighting: headlights, tail lights and mirrors

Fitment tips before you buy

  • Check the part number. Year ranges are a starting point. The number on the part, matched against the OEM parts diagram for your bike, is what confirms fit.
  • ABS and non-ABS. Brake lines, wiring and some brackets can differ between versions.
  • Electronics. ECUs, dashes and ignition parts are often paired to the key or immobilizer, so check whether a set includes the matching keys.
  • Ask us. Send us your VIN or part number and we'll confirm fitment before you order.

Every part ships within 1 business day, is photographed as the actual item, and comes with a 30-day return policy.
