Genuine Honda upper triple tree (top triple clamp, fork top bridge, upper tree clamp) with the handlebar mounts (handle holders) and wire guides attached, as pictured. It clamps the tops of the fork tubes to the steering stem and carries the handlebar. This one came off a 2018 Honda Rebel 300. Photos are of the actual part you will get.
