Handling Time

Orders ship within 1 business day of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

US Shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the United States. Every part is inspected and securely boxed before it ships.

Engines: complete engines ship free by freight to the freight terminal (dock) nearest you anywhere in the lower 48 United States. Engine freight to Alaska or Hawaii is a flat $750, added at checkout. Engines can't ship to US territories or outside the US. We'll email you the terminal details and tracking once it ships.

International Shipping

We ship to the countries listed at checkout using USPS, UPS and DHL, with rates calculated at checkout. International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by their country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

If a part can't be shipped to your country because of import rules, we'll let you know and refund your order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your part arrives damaged, keep the box and packaging and email photos to backshelffinds@gmail.com right away. If tracking stops updating or your package doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
