30-Day Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Every part we sell is one of a kind, so returns are refunded rather than exchanged for another unit.
How to start a return
Email backshelffinds@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please contact us before shipping anything back, since returns sent without contacting us first can be delayed.
Return conditions
- The part must be returned in the exact condition it was purchased in, with all included pieces and hardware.
- The buyer pays return shipping.
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Wrong part, not as described, or damaged in shipping
If we sent the wrong part, the part doesn't match the listing, or it arrived damaged, contact us with photos of the part and the packaging. We'll cover return shipping and refund the full amount, including original shipping, with no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've inspected it, we refund your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post it.
Check fitment before you order
Fitment shown on each product is based on the bike the part came off. Please confirm your part number before ordering, or send us your year, model and VIN and we'll check fitment for you.
